When a user creates an account, certain User information and contact details will be available to other Registered Users, Clan Members, Moderators, and Administrators. Guests and other third parties will not have access to this personal information. Administrators and Moderators may use the email address associated with the user's account profile for the purpose of Newsletters or other notifications. In addition, automated notifications may be sent to the email associated with the User's account profile for the purpose of notifying the User of the existence of new Private Messages or to notify the User of replies made to topics which the User chooses to "Watch". The Tac Team will not share this User information with third parties.

The IP addresses of Guests, Registered Users, Clan Members, Moderators, and Administrators are stored on this web server and are view-able only by Administrators and Moderators. Guests, Registered Users, and other third parties will not have access to any other Guest's or Registered User's IP address. IP addresses will only be used for the purpose of banning a User or Guest in the event that it becomes necessary due to abuse of the web server or any other abuse determined by the Moderators or Administrators to warrant the banning of specific IP addresses. Refer to The Tac Team's Terms of Service.

All Forum User passwords are safely stored on this web server in encrypted form. No Guest, Registered User, Clan Member, Administrator, or Moderator has access to the un-encrypted password data.

No Guest, Registered User, Clan Member, Administrator, or Moderator is legally responsible for the repercussions of the release of any information which any User chooses to make available to the public either by accepting this privacy policy or by proceeding to present personal information to the public in either our Forum, Chat Box, Mumble or other Tac Team services. All Users should understand the repercussions of their actions -- especially in the online world where such data can be accessed easily by the masses.
