ESL - Overwatch

Hello Overwatchers,

While we constitute the smaller group of players in the clan, we still have enough to form a squad. As a squad, we've been playing ranked games together and doing pretty well for a while now, why dont we focus that energy on actual competition instead of randoms? ranked games are only good for the individual players that are involved, but does nothing for the whole team. As with RB6, i believe we should take the initiative of pushing towards bettering our selves as team players and as a clan. having a common goal such as ESL rankings should give us the drive to work together as a team, this will only have a positive impact on us regardless of winning/losing and the whole individual ranks thing. I would like to hear from our Overwhatch players what they think.
