since patch 4.20 Riot has broken exterior forms of AA like Nvidia has in its control panel.
If you enable AA in the control panel these issues will apear:

All you have to do is disable these forms of AA and youre done. Took me quite some hours to figure out -_-

Strange I have AA activated in the game menu and I don't seem to get stuff like that :L Must just be lucky.
Good you managed to find a solution though. Does forcing types and levels of AA through Nvidia control panel give the same artifacts?
Have not tried that yet. I was happy to fix it since I repaired the game twice, did a complete reinstall. fell back to older drivers and much more
