Sebbe are helping me getting my account back, I have logged in, but they have changed my security questions and Origin is sending a security code to a unknown phone number so I cannot change username, password or anything else. Slowly making progress.

Yep, will ask them if they could increase the security since this is the second time my origin acc has been hacked - this year.. And, I do not have any keyloggers or any viruses, since I clean up my system very often. After new years, I'll possibly do a full wipe of my system, with tools that guarantee full wipe, since microsofts formatting options doesn't always remove all data, just hiding them in the harddrive, the same goes for the recycle bin.

No if you format the computer it will clean it all. But you can never get around that the data you once had on the hard drive will still be there because it's burnt in to the disc in the hard drive
Formatting your HDD completely removes data and puts the drive back to completely clean state. Deleting files 'marks' them as free space which will be overwritten when needed. Difference is that Formatting actualy removes them and after deleting files you can still get them back.
Nope, after a format you can still get your data back. But with just formatting you can be sure that there's no viruses present on your system since the data has to be executed by the system, but it's not known to Windows after a format.
