RAM: there is no need to go

RAM: there is no need to go beyond DDR4 2133mhz. Now the capacity of ram depends on how much your motherboard can handle. so in your case, the mobo you picked handles 64gb of ram.

Memory Specifications
Max Memory Size (dependent on memory type) 64 GB

Motherboard: Make sure your mobo has the same socket as your cpu "which in your case is probably 2011-v3. PLEASE CHECK".  The mobo you picked support LGA1151.
